What to look for in an evangelist

(Can we fellowship this man?)

• Does he rely on and live by the word of God?
  • (Is he faithful in his teaching & living?) - 2 Timothy 2:15

• Does he understand the work of an evangelist?
  • (Does he realize that preaching is not a popularity contest?) - 2 Timothy 4:2-5

• Does he care about the souls of people?
  • (Does he sincerely seek to save the lost?) - Phil. 2:19-23

• Does he exemplify the mind of Christ? - 2 Timothy 2:24-25
