With the passing of time languages change. So, versions are produced which
use current language to translate the ancient text. Too, the continual
discovery of ancient Biblical manuscripts provide more accurate and reliable
translations as time goes by. And of course, we should remember that we are
only talking about English language translations. There are many, many more
languages into which the Bible has been translated. Hence, the need for
different versions.
