You can read of this room in Luke 22:7-13 (esp. v. 12). It is the room where Jesus ate the Passover meal with His apostles. During this meal Jesus instituted the Lord's Supper (Luke 22:14-23; Matthew 26:17-30; cf. 1 Corinthians 11:23-29).
